Essential Oil Roller Blend - Clear Energy

Each blend is aimed to ignite your senses and give you a moment of peace and bliss. Designed and mixed by Tuli, a yoga teacher and mental health specialist with the intention to improve your daily experience through your sense of smell and a gentle act of self care. 
 
Clear Energy was designed to offer you a sense of clarity and a fresh start with a base of sweet almond oil and hints of Clary Sage, Juniper Berry and Frankincense. Clear quartz pebbles are added to enhance the potency of this blend. 
 
Sweet Almond Oil 
One of the gentlest oils, extremely nourishing, rich in Vitamin D, and it’s an excellent emollient known for its ability to soften and recondition the skin. Suitable for all skin types. 
 
Clary Sage 
Is a flowering herb, native to the Mediterranean Basin. The essential oil is extracted from the leaves and buds of the plant and has a clean, refreshing scent that you can use as a skin balm or gently inhale as part of an aromatherapy treatment to calm the mind and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. It was also found to have some antibacterial properties which can help heal wounds. The scent of clary sage oil can help alleviate stress and induce a sense of well-being. 
 
Juniper Berry
These berries have a tart, pine-like flavor and are commonly used in small amounts as a spice or flavoring agent. These small berries have been used for culinary and medicinal purposes since ancient times, and current research suggests that they may offer various health benefits. Juniper berries are rich in essential oils and flavonoids that function as potent antioxidants and may help reduce inflammation. Juniper berries were used in traditional medicine practices to treat diabetes, and recent studies confirm that they may have antidiabetic properties. As an essential oil it is said to be calming and have grounding effect and can also be diffused to help cleanse and purify the air
 
Frankincense
Frankincense is an aromatic resin used in incense and perfumes, obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia in the family Burseraceae. Frankincense has a woody, spicy smell and can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin. Frankincense is used for pain and swelling in people with various diseases, wound healing,
Smelling this scent may help reduce anxiety, asthma, bronchitis, extreme coughing symptoms, it can also help with stress management and aid healing of scars.  
 
Clear Quartz 
Enhances psychic abilities. It aids concentration and unlocks memory. Stimulates the immune system and brings the body into balance. Clear Quartz (Crystal Quartz, Rock Crystal) harmonises all the chakras and aligns the subtle bodies.
 
How To Use 
Apply to pulse points behind ears and on wrists.  After applying to wrists, rub wrists together and deeply inhale aroma, making an effort to breathe deeply and intentionally for several seconds. Optional to read or repeat aloud the unique affirmation notes accompanied with each blend.
